Dear Mr. O’Donovan,
I am contacting you on behalf of the Save Our Shannon Organisation. You may remember that we had scheduled a meeting with you in Athlone on Tuesday 20 October which was cancelled at source due to the Covid19 restrictions.
We are now re-activating this invitation because it is imperative that we meet with you. We are aware that travel for work is permitted.
We will adhere to the Covid19 restrictions by maintaining social distancing, mask wearing etc. This meeting will be convened outside.
In order to facilitate you we suggest you let us know a date and time between 16 and 23 November that is suitable for you to meet us.
